What can you expect?

Because this is a non-cathartic approach, you can expect to feel a general sense of wellbeing at the end of a session. You may experience a discharge of excess energy through heat, tingling, trembling, and/or yawning. The energy continues to process after we are off the phone.

What do you do after the session?

Since we work on deep levels, it is very important to drink a lot of water after your session. It is best to allow yourself some time after the session to rest, relax, be in nature, or even take a bath. Allow your body time to integrate all the new changes.

Tips for a great session:

Get settled in a comfortable place before the call. Make sure distractions are kept to a minimum. It is best for you to be in a place where you feel safe, will be undisturbed and very comfortable - usually the couch, your cozy bed, or your favorite chair.
